بقي الآن خمس دول عربية لم تنضم للإتفاقية الدولية وهي
- جمهورية الصومال
- دولة فلسطين
- جمهورية القمر المتحدة
- جمهورية لبنان
- ليبيا
نأمل أن تصادق جميع الدول العربية على الإتفاقية الدولية والبروتوكول الإختياري
وللجميع أطيب وأحلى الأمنيات
