لا يخفى على الجميع ضعف المستوى التعليمي للصم فأغلب الصم لا يقدر أن يفهم المكتوب و يحتاج لمن يترجمه له إشاريا . و بالطبع لا يمكننا التعميم فهناك من الصم ما شاء الله تبارك الله لديه القدرة الكاملة التي يضاهي بها الناطقين . فما أسباب ذلك الضعف برأيكم ؟
