Dear Friends and Family

I am writing to let you know about an exciting event that is coming to Abu Dhabi and this between March 6th and 9th.  Promise Welfare Society, a non profit organisation, ventured on its flagship project entitled "Made in Jordan" where it will showcase Jordan's rich heritage by holding the first exhibition of its kind.  During the course of this exhibition, it will be presenting unique Jordanian crafts, home accessories, Dead Sea products, clothing, jewelry and local produce (Jams, Olive Oil, Makdous, Zaatar, Jameed, sweets etc) and this at the renowned Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Center (ADNEC) from March 6th to the 8th, 2014.

42 non profit organizations and small businesses will tell the story behind each product showcased at the exhibition, all of which have their unique flavor taste and flare.

Proceeds of the exhibition will go towards the educational fund of the society, which caters to underprivileged, gifted students under the tutelage of the Promise Welfare Society.

This exhibition will present, and for the first time in the UAE, the work of Jordanian artists and artisans, who's goods are on a regional and international level, bringing to light Jordan's creative and exceptional potential.  Come and grabbed your souvenirs from Jordan and enjoy the lovely household decorative items, original clothing, unique jewelry, tasty food products and original furniture and nick knacks.

The exhibition will culminate in a fund raising Gala Dinner hosted on Sunday March 9th at the renowned Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi.  The evening is entitled "Alhan wa Thikrayat" (Melodies and Memories) where 19 members from Jordan's National Music Conservatory have been flown in to lace the evening with their talented performance for a night to remember. Tables of 10 are being sold at AED10,000 (AED1,000 per ticket) and again the proceeds of this spectacular evening will go towards our Student Fund.

I urge you all to please pass the word around to your friends and loved ones and please start your year by investing in a worthy cause....helping gifted students pursue their education by benefiting from Promise Welfare Society's generous Student Fund.

WE COUNT ON YOUR SUPPORT AND LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT THE EXHIBITION AND GALA DINNER.

Warm Regards
Promise Welfare Society
