الاخوة والاخوات أعضاء المجموعة الكرام السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته يعكف المجلس القومى للمعاقين السودانى وبالتعاون والتنسيق مع اتحادات وتنظيمات ومؤسسات الاشخاص ذوى الاعاقة على تعديل القانون القومى للمعاقين السودانى للعام 2009م. تهدف هذه التعديلات الى صياغة قانون يتفق ويتسق مع الاتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الاشخاص ذوى الاعاقة من ضمن النقاط التى نحتاج وبشدة الى تجاربكم فيها هى تبعية المجلس القومى للمعاقين (المؤسسة الرسمية المسئولة عن تنسيق انفاذ حقوق الاشخاص ذوى الاعاقة بالدولة) حيث يشرف علي المجلس  الان بحكم القانون السارى وزير الرعاية والضمان الاجتماعى وفى المشروع المقترح  "ان تمت اجازته" سيكون تحت اشراف مجلس الوزراء نود أن نتعرف على تبعية المؤسسات المشابهة فى  مختلف الدول العربية  وماهى المزايا والمضار لكل من التبعيتين؟ شاكرا لكم مسبقاً كريم استجابتكم ووفق الله الجميع من اجل انفاذ حقوق الاشخاص ذوى الاعاقة   مع جزيل شكرى   أبو أسامة عبد الله Abu Osama Abdalla Mohamed Taktook General Secretary National Council for Persons with Disabilities Khartoum Sudan Tel: +249183286099 Mobile: +249912137211 Web site: www.ncpd.gov.sd
