الاخوة في المكتب العربي للمنظمة الدولية للأشخاص ذوي اﻹعاقة
بعد التحية
في الوقت الذي احيي فيه جهودكم لتنظيم وتجميع القوى لضمان وحماية ودعم حقوق الأشخاص ذوي اﻹعاقة والدفاع عنها على المستويين الوطني والإقليمي، يشرفني أن أضع خبراتي المتواضعة تحت تصرفكم، وسيكون من دواعي الشرف أن أكون جزءا من هذا الجهد والعمل الحقوقي، سواء على مستوى وطني ليبيا أو على المستوى الإقليمي.
وفي هذا الإطار سأسعى إلى تفعيل دور ليبيا منظماتها الناشطة في مجال حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في مكتبكم والمنظمة الدولية لذا لا تبخلوا علينا بما لديكم من خبرات ومعلومات لتمكيننا من ذلك.
