تجدون برفقته البيان المشترك من الاتحا دالعالمي للصم والاتحاد الأوروبي للصم
بخصوص حالة اللغات المؤشرة في الدنمارك وهولندا
حيث يتم حرمان الأطفال الصم زارعي القوقعة من تلقي تعليمهم بلغة الإشارة المحلية

نأمل نشره وتعميمه على أوسع نطاق لأهميته ولأن الدول العربية تعاني من نفس المشكلة
