نسأل الله العلي القدير أن يسود الأمن والأمان اليمن الشقيق وجميع الدول العربية وتنقشع عنكم هذه الغمة قريباً. وبالنسبة لخطاب الدعوة لحضور المؤتمر العالمي السادس عشر للاتحاد العالمي للصم فيمكنك التواصل مع اللجنة المنظمة في جنوب أفريقيا وسيرسلون لك ولكل من يرغب بالحضور خطاب الدعوة. وبالنسبة للرسوم فهي تسري على الجميع دون استثناء وفقاً للجدول الموضح في نموذج التسجيل . والاعفاء يكون فقط لأعضاء مجلس إدارة الاتحاد العالمي للصم وللشخصيات المهمة أعضاء شرف الاتحاد العالمي للصم
 حاول تقديم طلب للمسؤولين في بلادك لتمكينك من الحضور. وبما أنك رئيس لجمعية الأمل للصم وضعاف السمع . فيمكنك الحصول على دعم من جمعيتك لتمكينك من حضور المؤتمر

وفي حالة تعذر حضورك لأي سبب كان، يمكنك متابعة أخبار المؤتمر والقرارات والتوصيات التي ستصدر عنه والتي سيتم نشرها في كل مكان وفي الانترنت كما سيتم تحميلها على الموقع الإلكتروني للاتحاد العالمي للصم. ولا يفوتني هنا أن أشدد على أهمية حضور مترجم مع الوفود العربية ليترجم من اللغة الإنجليزية المنطوقة إلى اللغة العربية المنطوقة والعكس بالعكس في حالة كان مترجم لغة الإشارة لا يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية. لأن الملاحظ أن الوفود العربية غالباً يرافقها مترجم لا يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية وبالتالي لا يتمكن من الترجمة الكاملة والصحيحة لوفد بلاده مما يترتب عليه عدم استفادة الوفد مما يطرح من أوراق عمل ومناقشات وتصبح رحلتهم سياحية وترفيهية أكثر منها رحلة عمل

نشكركم على ألأهتمام مثل هذا ونشركم له الى جميع الصم في الوطن العربي كما نشكر ألأتحاد العالمي للصم لتنظيمه لهذا المؤتمر الهام الذي يجمع مختلف الصم من جميع انحاء العالم وينشر التعارف بينهم كما ينشر الموده والمحبه بينهم

وانا كما اتمنى المشاركه معهم لكن تعترضني صعوبات من اهمها عدم قدرتي على دفع رسوم الأشتراك والتسجيل لأن بلادي تمر بضروف ومشاكل سياسيه داخليه فأرجو رجاء خاص التواصل مع ألتحاد العالمي للصم لعلهم يقومن بمنحي دعوة حضور مع التكرم منهم باعفائي من رسوم ألأشتراك اذا امكن مشكورين

عن تمديد موعد التسجيل المبكر لإتاحة الفرصة لأكبر عدد ممكن من الراغبين بحضور المؤتمر برسوم مخفضة

 

آخر موعد للتسجيل المبكر 30 أبريل 2011 م

 

وبعدها سترتفع رسوم المشاركة في المؤتمر لهذا نأمل من جميع الدول والمنظمات والهيئات سواء حكومية أو أهلية أو أفراد أو جماعات المسارعة بالتسجيل في المؤتمر

والاتحاد العالمي للصم ممثلاً باللجنة المنظمة للمؤتمر يرحبون بالجميع ويأملون أن يروا أكبر عدد ممكن من المشاركين كما يسرهم الاعلان عن توفير خدمة النص الكتابي الفوري لكل من حفل الافتتاح وحفل الاختتام ولجميع المتحدثين الرئيسيين في جميع لجان المؤتمر

 

الشخصيات التالية تعفى من رسوم المؤتمر ويحق لهم حضور المؤتمر مجاناً:

 

• تسجيل كبار الشخصيات ويشمل: جميع أعضاء مجلس إدارة الاتحاد العالمي للصم - وأعضاء شرف مجلس إدارة الاتحاد العالمي للصم - وجميع الأعضاء ممن لديهم بطاقة كبار الشخصيات
• المشاركون في مخيم الشباب الصم الخامس
• جميع أعضاء اللجنة المنظمة للمؤتمر العالمي السادس عشر للاتحاد العالمي للصم
• المتطوعون والمترجمون المعتمدون ممن يحملون تصريحاً رسمياً من اللجنة المنظمة للمؤتمر وكذلك المرشدون المرافقون للصم المكفوفين بشرط ملازمة وفد بلادهم ولا يسمح لهم بالدخول بدون الوفد.

الفئات التالية يمكنهم المشاركة في المؤتمر برسوم مخفضة

 

1. جميع أعضاء جمعية الصم في جنوب أفريقيا
2. أعضاد الدول النامية حسب تصنيف الاتحاد العالمي للصم
3. الشباب الصم ممن تبلغ أعمارهم بين 18 - 30 سنة بحلول 25 يوليو 20111 م ويشترط ارسال صورة من الهوية أو جواز السفر 
4.  الصم من كبار السن ممن تبلغ أعمارهم 65 سنة وما فوق ويشترط ارسال صورة من الهوية أو جواز السفر

على جميع الأعضاء العاديين للاتحاد العالمي للصم

ترشيح أربع شباب صم - اثنين إناث وأثنين ذكور - تبلغ أعمارهم بين 18 - 30 سنة للمشاركة في مخيم الشباب الصم

كل جمعية عضوة في الاتحاد العالمي للصم - عضوية عادية

لها الحق بترشيح اثنين صم - ذكر وأنثى -  أساسيين واثنين صم - ذكر وأنثى - احتياط

فعلى جمعيات الصم أعضاء الاتحاد العالمي للصم العاديين سرعة ترشيح أسماء الشباب الصم وتعبئة نموذج التسجيل مع ارسال صورة من الهوية أو جواز السفر كاثبات لتاريخ الميلاد
