انصح بالإطلااع على محتويات الرابط التالي للتعرف على ما يحدث في اقبية المؤسسات الإيوائية حتى في الولايات المتحدة الأميركية بالرغم من الإتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الأشخاص حاملي الإعاقة لمعرفة جوهر الإلتزام بالقيم الإنسانية التي لا تحتاج إلى موارد مالية فقط بل تحتاج إلى إلتزام أخلاقي وقيمي وهذا ما تفتقر إليه معظم دولنا التي وقعت وأبرمت الإتفاقية الدولية
