أشكر مودتك وأتمنى ن نتابع قضايا الأشخاص المعوقين لنواكب المتغيرات السريعة والحيوية والتي من المستحيل أن نحرز إنجازات بدونها. إن ما نعاني منه في وطننا العربي هو الرتابة وبطء عملية التجدد مما سيمكننا من مقاربة الأمور عالميا وأن نكون المبادرين في المحطات المفصلية بدلا من أن تكون إنجازاتنا كردات فعل .
