بكل الفرح والسرور أبارك للكويت ولشعب الكويت انضمامهم للإتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة
ألف ألف مليون مبروك

بقي الآن خمس دول عربية لم تنضم للإتفاقية الدولية وهي

1. جمهورية الصومال
2. دولة فلسطين
3. جمهورية القمر المتحدة
4. جمهورية لبنان
5. ليبيا
   

نأمل أن تصادق جميع الدول العربية على الإتفاقية الدولية والبروتوكول الإختياري
وللجميع أطيب وأحلى الأمنيات
