ألف مبروك للكويت وللأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة فيها... ونأمل أن تتسارع الخطى نحو تفعيلها على أرض الواقع لتنعكس إيجابيّاً على أوضاع ذوي الإعاقة فيها..

فالاتّفاقية ليست سوى أداة من ضمن أدوات أخرى تحتاج إلى تضافرها معاً لترجمة "الحقوق" إلى "واقع ملموس"...

مع تمنياتنا لبقية البلدان أن تحثّ الخطى للانضمام إلى الاتّفاقية... أمّا ليبيا فقد "صادقت" منذ وقت ... ولكن للأسف لم يتمّ إلى الآن إيداع "صك المصادقة" لدى وديع الاتّفاقية السيّد "الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة" ...

بقي الآن خمس دول عربية لم تنضم للإتفاقية الدولية وهي

1. جمهورية الصومال
2. دولة فلسطين
3. جمهورية القمر المتحدة
4. جمهورية لبنان
5. ليبيا
   

نأمل أن تصادق جميع الدول العربية على الإتفاقية الدولية والبروتوكول الإختياري
وللجميع أطيب وأحلى الأمنيات
