مبروك للكويت وللزملاء الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة في بلدنا الغالي
والجدير بالذكر ان دولة الكويت كانت من اولى الدول العربية التي عملت على اصدار الاتفافية وقد كان للدكتور عيسى السعدي جهد رائع بهذا المجال وقد كان يرأس الوفد الرسمي لدولة الكويت نتمنى العمل على تطبيق محاور الاتفاقية .

- ليبيا
نأمل أن تصادق جميع الدول العربية على الإتفاقية الدولية والبروتوكول الإختياري
