[Deaf Arab] المؤتمر التدريبي للعاملين في مجال الخدمات النفسية الاجتماعية للاطفال

يسر مؤسسة نهر الاردن و كلية الطب النفسي وكلية الطب الانساني وكلية الطب التقويمي في جامعة ولاية ميشيغان و الخدمات الطبية الملكية والمجلس الوطني لشؤون الاسرة بالتعاون منطمة اليونسف UNICEF ومنظمة UNFPA الإعلان عن " المؤتمر التدريبي للعاملين في مجال الخدمات النفسية الاجتماعية للاطفال" والذي سيعقد في عمان، الأردن في اكتوبر/ تشرين الاول 2013 . سيدعو المؤتمرالأطباء النفسيين وعلماء النفس والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والمهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال، من الاردن و العالم العربي من أجل دراسة احتياجات الحماية والاحتياجات النفسية الاجتماعية للطفل ومناقشة الفرص المتاحة لتطوير المهنة. وسيتناول المؤتمراحتياجات بناء قدرات المهنيين العاملين مع: الأطفال اللاجئين؛ ضحايا العنف من الاطفال والأطفال المعرضين للخطر.

أهداف المؤتمر
يهدف المؤتمر التدريبي للعاملين في مجال الخدمات النفسية الاجتماعية للاطفال الى تعريف العاملين في مجال الصحة النفسية للطفل في الاردن والعالم العربي باساليب وبرامج التدخل النفسي الاجتماعي المواكبة لاخر التطورات في هذا المجال لتحسين الوضع النفسي الاجتماعي للأطفال المساء اليهم أو المعرضين للخطر أو الأطفال اللاجئين.

تشتمل الأهداف المحددة للمؤتمر على ما يلي:

بناء قدرات العاملين في مجالات حماية الطفل والصحة النفسية الاجتماعية للطفل
توفير الفرص لتبادل الخبرات بين المهنيين في مجال الخدمات النفسية الاجتماعية للطفل
تحسين تقديم الخدمات النفسية الاجتماعية للطفل في الاردن والعالم العربي
خلق فرص لمناقشة الاحتياجات والتحديات والأهداف وأساليب تعليم وتطبيق الممارسات المختلفة في مجال الخدمات النفسية الاجتماعية للطفل في الاردن والعالم العربي
توفير المساحة لمناقشة قضايا والسياسات والممارسات التي تؤثر على توفير الخدمات النفسية الاجتماعية للطفل في الاردن و العالم العربي
تقديم توصيات لتطوير الخدمات النفسية الاجتماعية للطفل في الاردن والعالم العربي

المواضيع الرئيسية:

اضطراب نقص الانتباه و فرط الحركة
الاكتئاب لدى الأطفال
اضطراب ثنائي القطب
معالجة السلوك العنيف
علاج اضطرابات ما بعد الصدمة عند الاطفال
اضطرابات القلق

الاستخدمات العلاجية الدوائية النفسية
الصحة النفسية والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي للاطفال في حالات الطوارئ / الأطفال المعرضين لعوامل الضغط المتطرف

اضطرابات السلوك العنيف
اثر العوامل البيئية على الصحة النفسية للطفل

وسيتم التطرق للأحكام الخاصة بحماية الطفلة في سياقات الطوارئ، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي (GBV)، طوال فترة انعقاد المؤتمر

[Deaf Arab] Development Goals for people with disability

Development goals for disabled people

In 2000, when 189 world leaders signed up to the millennium development goals, there was one omission no one appeared to notice: the one billion people across the world with disabilities. As the official UN process gets underway to establish the post-2015 global development agenda to end extreme poverty, we are calling on heads of state to ensure that, this time, no one is excluded, especially people with disabilities.

Living in poverty is tough. Living in poverty as a person with disabilities is often even tougher. In some countries, children with disabilities are twice as likely as children without disabilities not to be in school, and women and children with disabilities are significantly more likely to face violence and sexual abuse. Exclusion from work opportunities means that people with disabilities are disproportionately likely to be among the very poor. Four out of five persons with disabilities live in developing countries; many are among the poorest, most neglected people in the world.

Their exclusion from the millennium development goals has resulted in them being left out of development programmes. In fact, ignoring persons with disabilities costs poor countries – UN studies have shown that the exclusion of persons with disabilities from the labour market causes countries to lose up to 7% of GDP.

Children and adults with disabilities have the same hopes and aspirations as their peers. They have just as much to contribute to society, and they have the right to the same opportunities to fulfill their potential and to have a say in their future. Many people become disabled at some point – but we wouldn't expect to lose our basic rights as a result. The UN this week has a critical opportunity to ensure that disability is included in the new global development goals.

The CBR Asia-Pacific Network has taken on the role and tasks of implementing Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) during the past decade as a strategy to achieve Community-Based Inclusive Development (CBID), the end result of ensuring all persons with disabilities are fully included in all aspects of community life and have full access to all facilities and services.

The Position Paper "Relevance of CBR and Inclusive Development in Post-2015 Development Agenda" has been developed in cooperation with the CBR Asia-Pacific Network and the Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD) to move towards sustainable inclusive development, which has become a challenge for all engaging in empowering persons with disabilities to become "Agents of Change" within the community, in order to play the leading role to bring about positive changes and opportunities to forge their own future.

The booklet is designed to convey regional experiences and viewpoints on CBID with an aim to provoke thoughts, and to identify key elements for future direction regarding Post MDGs framework from the perspective of persons with disabilities in Asia and the Pacific, in regards to further develop the implementation of CBR, and to reassure the possibility of an inclusive, barrier-free, and rights-based society.
