وبعد التهنئة مجدداً، وجواباً عن رسالتك السابقة، أفيد أني حالياً في بيروت لمدة اسبوعين. وإذ يتخيل لي أن الإتحاد المعني هنا قد يكون أقرب إلى الاهتمام بقضايا المقاييس العقلية، ولاسيما مسائل النمو العقلي والذكاء الحاصل. فلعله من المفيد أن نلتقي للتباحث حول الإمكانيات العملية في هذا المجال.

عقد ت الهيئة العامة للإتحاد الوطني لجمعيات أهالي ومؤسسات التعوق العقلي في لبنان في تمام الساعة العاشرة والنصف في مركز الجمعية اللبنانية للتربية المختصة وبعد تلاوة التقريرين العام - مرفق - والمالي عن السنوات الثلاث المنصرمة جرى إنتخاب الهيئة الإدارية للأعوام الثلاثة القادمة  وجاءت النتاج على الشكل التالي
