عقد ت الهيئة العامة للإتحاد الوطني لجمعيات أهالي ومؤسسات التعوق العقلي في لبنان في تمام الساعة العاشرة والنصف في مركز الجمعية اللبنانية للتربية المختصة وبعد تلاوة التقريرين العام - مرفق - والمالي عن السنوات الثلاث المنصرمة جرى إنتخاب الهيئة الإدارية للأعوام الثلاثة القادمة وجاءت النتاج على الشكل التالي
