| The International Journal of Developmental Disabilities is an international forum for a multidisciplinary approach to the challenges posed by intellectual disabilities.

|  | Scope | | For over 50 years, the IJDD has published scientific articles dealing with multidisciplinary approaches to the habilitation problems of people with an intellectual disability. Emphasis is placed on the practical implications of the work of educationists, instructors, nurses, occupational and other therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers, whether in a hospital setting or community care.
