وندعوكم للمشاركة في حفل الاشهار الذي سيقام تحت رعاية معالي الشيخ خالد المرهون وزير الخدمة المدنية بسلطنة عمان وذلك بقاعة النور بمحافطة مسقط يوم الاحد بتاريخ 13/4/2014م وسيعدنا مشاكتنا حفلنا

لدي ملاحظه على التاريخ ،حيث انه يصادف الملتقى الخليجي المنعقد بدبي ايضا وبنفس التواريخ
 
اتمنى لو كان هناك تسيق مسبق بين الجهات العاملة في مجال  الإعاقة حتى يتسنى للجميع الاستفادة من مثل هذه المحافل

انصح بالإطلااع على محتويات الرابط التالي للتعرف على ما يحدث في اقبية المؤسسات الإيوائية حتى في الولايات المتحدة الأميركية بالرغم من الإتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الأشخاص حاملي الإعاقة لمعرفة جوهر الإلتزام بالقيم الإنسانية التي لا تحتاج إلى موارد مالية فقط بل تحتاج إلى إلتزام أخلاقي وقيمي وهذا ما تفتقر إليه معظم دولنا التي وقعت وأبرمت الإتفاقية الدولية

جمعية الصم تمنح موظف العضويات إجازة وتغلق باب التقديم!

 الجزيرة - سليمان الظفيري:

طالبت جمعية الصم المتقدمين لتجديد طلب العضوية بتدوين أسمائهم في بيان خاص ومن ثمَ رفعه لوزارة الشئون الاجتماعية للموافقةُ على منح المتقدم للعضوية، وقد يتم الرفض لأسباب لم تذكرها الجمعية.

وقد تلقت (الجزيرة) الكثير من الشكاوي من قبل الصم، وذلك مع قرب اجتماع الجمعية العمومية لجمعية الصم حيث تفاجأ مجموعة من المتقدمين لتجديد العضوية رفض الجمعية قبول طلبهم مع أنه سبق لهم أن منحوا بطاقات عضوية من كلا الجنسين معللين أن الوزارة تطلب تسجيل أسمائهم في بيان ومن ثم الموافقة على منحهم تجديد العضوية.

مستغربين أن موظف البطاقات قد منح إجازة، وأن البيان لدى السكرتارية في وقت تكون الجمعية تعمل لتجهيز جمعيتها العمومية.

وبعد استقصاء (الجزيرة) على القواعد التنفيذية للائحة الجمعيات و المؤسسات الخيرية الصادر بقرار معالي وزير العمل الشؤون الاجتماعية رقم (760) وتاريخ 30-1-1412هـ والمعدلة بقرار معالي وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية رقم (82256) وتاريخ 20-8-1433هـ والمنشورة بجريدة أم القرى في عددها رقم (4426) وتاريخ 20-10-1433هـ من المادة الخامسة والثلاثون فقرة 13 البت في طلبات قبول العضوية بالجمعية.

ومن هذه الفقرة تدل على أن الوزارة ليست مخولة في البت في قبول العضوية من رفضها بل هي من صلاحيات الجمعية.

وطالبوا بأن يكون للجهات المختصة حل لهذه المشكلة التي هي من حقهم في أخذ العضوية والتصويت في أي عمل تقوم به الجمعية وأن الجمعية ليست ملكاً لأحد بل هي جمعية خيرية تعمل في خدمة الصم وليس السامعين، مطالبين بوضع حد الاستهتار بهم كونهم لا يسمعون أو لجهلهم بنظام المؤسسات والجمعيات الخيرية.

وبالفعل ذهبنا لكتب البريد لارسالها علي عنوانكم البريدي 

ولكن لم نستطع ارسالها حيث قال لنا موظف المكتب انه لا يمكن ارسال اي خطابات الي لبنان 

فما راي سعادتكم وكيف يمكن ارسال النسخ لكم
