[Deaf Arab] المادة 47 من الدستور التونسي الجديدTunisia new constitution- we did it!

 

 يسعدني أن أرسل لكم ما وردني من الخبيرة ريما قنواتي من أنباء سارة حول المادة 47 من التشريع التونسي الجديد الذي أقر في التاسع من يناير 2014 وفي الساعة 9:45 إثر الجهود الكبيرة التي بذلها الناشطون في تونس حول حقوق الأشخاص المعوقين حيث نصت المادة 47 على:

تقوم الدولة بحماية الأشخاص المعوقين من كل تمييز يتناولهم, فلكل مواطن يحمل إعاقة, وبالنظر إلى نوع تلك الإعاقة الحق بالإجراءات الكفيلة بإدماجه الكامل في المجتمع, وعلى الدولة بالتالي إتخاذ كل ما يؤدي إلى ذلك. وعبر السيد عماد ورتاني المنسق العام للنظمة التونسية للدفاع عن حقوق الأشخاص المعوقين "إنه ليوم عظيم لنا وأن حلمنا أصبح حقيقة وقد كنا قد عملنا بشكل فعال من أجل ذلك فلينا الآن آليه لإستعمالها للحصول على حقوقنا

Dear IDA friends and collegues

I would like to shate with you our happiness for this great news 

On thursday january 9th at 21h45 and after three years of a hard work, the article 47 of the new constitution of Tunisia was adopted , this article is about the rights of persons with disabilities , it said : 

 

the state protects people with disabilities against all discrimination,

every citizen with disabilities have the right, depending on there type of disability, to all measures which guarantee,there full inclusion in society

and the state must take all which of the provisions to achieve this

 

It's a great day for us and the dream become reel ,we worked so hard to make this happen and know we have a new tools to fight for our rights
