يسرني أن أرسل لكم الوثقتين الصادرتين عن منظمة الإحتواء الشامل حول الأهلية القانونية للأشخاص المعوقين عقليا علما بأن البند 12 من الإتفاقية الدولية قد نسجت حوله الكثير من المغالطات والتحفظات . أتمنى أن يصار إلى ترجمته إلى العربية نظرا للأهمية البالغة لما يعكسمه من مفاهيم وخاصة في منطقتنا العربية
