أتوجه إليكم جميعاً ببالغ الشكر والإمتنان من المحيط الى الخليج لمساندتكم ودعمكم  لحركة الإعاقة في فلسطين والذي تتوج بالتصديق على الإتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، ونحن بحاجة الى مزيد من الدعم من أجل التطبيق الفوري والكامل لهذه الإتفاقية .
