View online  Health Sciences News  |  November 2013 Child Maltreatment and Neglect An important special issue of Paediatrics and International Child Health has been published online today, entitled 'Child Maltreatment and Neglect: understanding it and responding to the challenge'. The issue contains 15 original articles on topics including physical abuse and neglect, shaken-baby syndrome, child discipline, mental health issues, sexual abuse, genital cutting and child soldiers. Copies of the print issue are available to buy for GBP£10/US$16. Read the press release >        New for 2014: Acta Clinica Belgica New for 2014: CRANIO Maney is pleased to confirm a new partnership with the Belgian Societies of Internal Medicine and Clinical Biology to publish Acta Clinica Belgica: International Journal of Clinical and Laboratory Medicine from 2014. Acta Clinica Belgica publishes papers on clinical medicine, clinical chemistry, pathology, and molecular biology, with a readership including physicians, pathologists and pharmacists practicing internal medicine and its subspecialties.
