أنا منى شلالا من لبنان من جمعية التدريب على السمع والنطق ، جمعية زرتيها مع ندين وحسين اسماعيل. هل تتذكرينني.

اود ان اعرف اكثر عن موضوع اللقاء والمدة الزمنية والتكاليف للشخص. لانني افكر بالصبية نسرين كامل التي التقيتي بها في المدرسة.

What would you do?....you make the choice. Don't look for a punch line, there isn't one. Read it anyway. My question is:

At a fundraising dinner for a school that serves children with learning disabilities, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and its
 
Dedicated staff, he offered a question:
 
'When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does, is done with perfection.
 
Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do.
 
Where is the natural order of things in my son?'
  
The audience was stilled by the query.
 The father continued. 'I believe that when a child like Shay, who was mentally and physically disabled comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other people treat that child.'
 
Then he told the following story:
  
Shay and I had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball. Shay asked, 'Do you think they'll let me play?' I knew that most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but as a father I also understood that if my son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be accepted by others in spite of his handicaps.
 
I approached one of the boys on the field and asked (not expecting much) if Shay could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said, 'We're losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we'll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning..'
 
 Shay struggled over to the team's bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team shirt.. I watched with a small tear in my eye and warmth in my heart. The boys saw my joy at my son being accepted.
 
In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay's team scored a few runs but was still behind by three.
 
In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the right field. Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as I waved to him from the stands.
 
In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay's team scored again.
 
Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and Shay was scheduled to be next at bat.
 
 At this juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game?
 
Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn't even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball.
  
However, as Shay stepped up to the
 
Plate, the pitcher, recognizing that the other team was putting winning aside for this moment in Shay's life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least make contact.
 
The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed.
 
The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay.
 
As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher.
  
The game would now be over.

The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman.
 
Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game.
  
Instead, the pitcher threw the ball right over the first baseman's head, out of reach of all team mates.
 
Everyone from the stands and both teams started yelling, 'Shay, run to first!
 
Run to first!'
 
Never in his life had Shay ever run that far, but he made it to first base.
 
He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.
 
Everyone yelled, 'Run to second, run to second!'
 
Catching his breath, Shay awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to make it to the base.
 
By the time Shay rounded towards second base, the right fielder had the ball . The smallest guy on their team who now had his first chance to be the hero for his team.
 
He could have thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher's intentions so he, too, intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-baseman's head.
 
Shay ran toward third base deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the bases toward home.
  
All were screaming, 'Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay'
 
Shay reached third base because the opposing shortstop ran to help him by turning him in the direction of third base, and shouted, 'Run to third!
 
Shay, run to third!'
 
As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams, and the spectators, were on their feet screaming, 'Shay, run home! Run home!'
 
Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the hero who hit the grand slam and won the game for his team
 
 'That day', said the father softly with tears now rolling down his face, 'the boys from both teams helped bring a piece of true love and humanity into this world'.
 
Shay didn't make it to another summer. He died that winter, having never forgotten being the hero and making me so happy, and coming home and seeing his Mother tearfully embrace her little hero of the day!
 
AND NOW A LITTLE FOOT NOTE TO THIS STORY:
 
We all send thousands of jokes through the e-mail without a second thought, but when it comes to sending messages about life choices, people hesitate.
 
The crude, vulgar, and often obscene pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion about decency is too often suppressed in our schools and workplaces.
 
If you're thinking about forwarding this message, chances are that you're probably sorting out the people in your address book who aren't the 'appropriate' ones to receive this type of message Well, the person who sent you this believes that we all can make a difference.
 
We all have thousands of opportunities every single day to help realize the 'natural order of things.'
 
So many seemingly trivial interactions between two people present us with a choice:
 
Do we pass along a little spark of love and humanity or do we pass up those opportunities and leave the world a little bit colder in the process?
 
A wise man once said every society is judged by how it treats it's least fortunate amongst them.

 Shay struggled over to the team's bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team shirt.. I watched with a small tear in my eye and warmth in my heart. The boys saw my joy at my son being accepted.
 
In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay's team scored a few runs but was still behind by three.
 
In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the right field. Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as I waved to him from the stands.
 
In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay's team scored again.
 
Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and Shay was scheduled to be next at bat.
 
 At this juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game?
 
Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn't even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball.
  
However, as Shay stepped up to the
 
Plate, the pitcher, recognizing that the other team was putting winning aside for this moment in Shay's life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least make contact.
 
The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed.
 
The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay.
 
As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher.
  
The game would now be over.

The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman.
 
Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game.
  
Instead, the pitcher threw the ball right over the first baseman's head, out of reach of all team mates.
 
Everyone from the stands and both teams started yelling, 'Shay, run to first!
 
Run to first!'
 
Never in his life had Shay ever run that far, but he made it to first base.
 
He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.
 
Everyone yelled, 'Run to second, run to second!'
 
Catching his breath, Shay awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to make it to the base.
 
By the time Shay rounded towards second base, the right fielder had the ball . The smallest guy on their team who now had his first chance to be the hero for his team.
 
He could have thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher's intentions so he, too, intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-baseman's head.
 
Shay ran toward third base deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the bases toward home.
  
All were screaming, 'Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay'
 
Shay reached third base because the opposing shortstop ran to help him by turning him in the direction of third base, and shouted, 'Run to third!
 
Shay, run to third!'
 
As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams, and the spectators, were on their feet screaming, 'Shay, run home! Run home!'
 
Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the hero who hit the grand slam and won the game for his team
 
 'That day', said the father softly with tears now rolling down his face, 'the boys from both teams helped bring a piece of true love and humanity into this world'.
 
Shay didn't make it to another summer. He died that winter, having never forgotten being the hero and making me so happy, and coming home and seeing his Mother tearfully embrace her little hero of the day!

We all send thousands of jokes through the e-mail without a second thought, but when it comes to sending messages about life choices, people hesitate.

What would you do?....you make the choice. Don't look for a punch line, there isn't one. Read it anyway. My question is:
Would you have made the same choice?
 
 
At a fundraising dinner for a school that serves children with learning disabilities, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and its
 
Dedicated staff, he offered a question:
 
'When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does, is done with perfection.
 
Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do.
 
Where is the natural order of things in my son?'
  
The audience was stilled by the query.
 The father continued. 'I believe that when a child like Shay, who was mentally and physically disabled comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other people treat that child.'
 
Then he told the following story:
  
Shay and I had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball. Shay asked, 'Do you think they'll let me play?' I knew that most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but as a father I also understood that if my son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be accepted by others in spite of his handicaps.
 
I approached one of the boys on the field and asked (not expecting much) if Shay could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said, 'We're losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we'll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning..'

مقدمة
:شهد عام 2011 اهتماماً ملحوظا بالموهوبين، فتم تشيد أكاديمية زويل
للعلوم والتكنولوجيا، وتم افتتاح مدرسة المتفوقين في العلوم
والتكنولوجيا، وهذا إن دل فإنما يدل على أن مصر الثورة قد أدركت طريقها
وحددت نقطة البدء في السباق الدولي المحموم ليكون مشروع التعليم عامة
هو الأسمى وتعليم الموهوبين خاصة هو الأجدر بالرعاية ، كما أدركت مصر
أنه لا سبيل أمامها سوى تفعيل قدراتها الذاتية وكأن لسان حالها يقول"
التفوق والابتكار أو الاضمحلال والإندثار" وحتى يتحقق الشق الأول من
الشعار لابد من تحرير كل الطاقات وتفعيل كل القدرات، بالتركيز على الفئات
الآولى بالرعاية والعناية أكثر من غيرها.
فالموهوبون فئة تتسم بالذكاء والقدرة على تحقيق مستويات عالية من
الأداء .... فئة تستطيع أن تحمل مشعل التنوير في المجتمع وتقود قاطرة
التقدم فيه؛ ولما لا وأسهم الدول ومكانتها يرتفع على أساس قدراتها على
استثمار مواهب أبنائها واستغلال طاقاتهم البشرية، وينخفض ويضمحل على أساس
تجاهلها لمواهب وقدرات أبنائها.
وذوو الإعاقات هم فئة من البشر حالت الإعاقة لديهم دون تحرير قدراتهم
وطاقاتهم؛ فبدلاً من أن يشاركوا وبشكل فعال في خدمة المجتمع وتطوره
أصبحوا أكثر احتياجاً إلى من يأخذ بأيديهم ويضعهم على الطريق الصحيح سواء
بالتعليم أو التدريب لاستكشاف الجوانب الإيجابية لديهم لتدعيمها،
والجوانب السلبية للحد منها أو تلاشيها وهو ما يعمل برنامج دمجهم الشامل
على تعزيزه، وإعدادهم للحياة في المجتمع والقيام بدور مناسب فيه .
إن مصر الثورة تحتاج إلى تضافر كل الطاقات والجهود؛ الأهلية قبل
الحكومية،والخاصة قبل العامة، والصغيرة قبل الكبيرة، والجماعية قبل
الفردية .... وهذا يتحقق بتشمير كل السواعد وشحذ كل الهمم وتحرير كل
العقول والتفكير فيما يعود بالنفع على مصرنا الحبيبة ... من هنا تأتى
أهمية المؤتمر ليكون بمثابة ومضة مضيئة وجرس إنذار لتوفير مزيد من
الرعاية في قضية تعليم الموهوبين وذوي الإعاقات .
أهداف المؤتمر:
1ـ تهيئة الفرصة أمام المهتمين بقضايا تعليم الطلاب الموهوبين وذوي
الإعاقات في الـوطن العربـي للمشاركـة الفعالــة في تقديـم رؤى وتصـورات
قـابلــة لحــل الكثير مـن المشكلات بالنسبة للطلاب الموهوبين و ذوى
الإعاقات .
2ـ عرض ومناقشة أبرز المستجدات العلمية والتطبيقية العالمية في مجال
رعاية الطلاب الموهوبين وذوي الإعاقات .
3ـ تبادل الخبرات والتجارب والبرامج الخاصة برعاية الطلاب الموهوبين و
ذوي الإعاقات .
4ـ إتاحة الفرصة لوزارة التربية والتعليم والجامعات والمراكز والمؤسسات
المهنية المهتمة برعاية الطلاب الموهوبين وذوي الإعاقات لعرض تجاربها
وخبراتها .
محاور المؤتمر:
المحور الأول:تعليم الطلاب الموهوبين ورعايتهم.
ـ آليات وأساليب الكشف عن الموهوبين .
ـ البرامج والأنشطة والمناهج المستخدمة في رعاية الموهوبين.
ـ الاحتياجات الشخصية والنفسية والاجتماعية للموهوبين .
ـ خصائص واحتياجات الموهوبين من ذوي الإعاقات .
ـ تجارب المؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية والقطاع الخاص في رعاية الموهوبين .
ـ معايير الجودة والإعتماد في برامج الموهوبين .
ـ الآليات القانونية لتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية والمساواة في قضية
رعاية الموهوبين .
ـ التقويم المؤسسي لبرامج رعاية الموهوبين .
ـ تأهيل وإعداد معلم الموهوبين .
ـ التجارب المحلية والعربية والعالمية في مجال رعاية الموهوبين .
ـ جهود الجمعيات الأهلية والقطاع الخاص في الوطن العربي في تعليم
الموهوبين .
ـ عرض تجارب أقسام التربية الخاصة بكليات التربية بالوطن العربي في مجال
تعليم الموهوبين .
ـ دور مؤسسات التعليم الرسمية في مجال رعاية الموهوبين .
ـ دور الإعلام والأسرة ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني في رعاية الموهوبين .
- إعداد وتصميم المناهج لمدارس الموهوبين التي تعمل بنظام STEM .
المحور الثاني:تعليم الطلاب ذوي الإعاقات :
ـ الاتجاهات التجارب والخبرات الحديثة المحلية والعالمية في مجال تعليم
الطلاب ذوي الإعاقات .
ـ إعداد برامج التعليم والتدريب والتأهيل الخاصة بالطلاب ذوي الإعاقات .
- دور لتعليم في إعداد الطلاب ذوي الإعاقات للدمج المجتمعي .
ـ المشكلات التي تواجه تعليم الطلاب ذوي الإعاقات .
ـ آليات الدمج الشامل (السياسات ـ التجارب ـ الخبرات).
ـ دور المشاركة الأسرية والمجتمعية والمؤسسية في تحسين جودة الخدمات لذوي
الإعاقات .
ـ الآليات القانونية لتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية والمساواة في قضية ذوى
الإعاقات .
ـ جودة الخدمات المقدمة للطلاب ذوي الإعاقات .
ـ جهود الجمعيات الأهلية والقطاع الخاص في الوطن العربي في تعليم الطلاب
ذوي الإعاقات .
ـ عرض تجارب أقسام التربية الخاصة بكليات التربية بالوطن العربي في مجال
تعليم الطلاب ذوي الإعاقات .
ـ التقييم والقياس في إطار مفاهيم جودة برامج وأنشطة الطلاب ذوي
الإعاقات .
ـ معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات تعليم وتأهيل الطلاب ذوي
الإعاقات .
ـ البرامج التعليمية والأنشطة والمناهج المقدمة للطلاب ذوى الإعاقات
والتي تشمل:
ـ الإعاقة السمعية (الصم وضعاف السمع والصم المكفوفين).
ـ الإعاقة البصرية .
- الإعاقة الفكرية .
ـ صعوبات التعلم .
ـ اضطراب التوحد .
- الإعاقات النمائية .
ـ الشلل الدماغي .
شروط التقدم ونشر البحوث في المؤتمر:
1ـ مراعاة القواعد العلمية المتعارف عليها في كتابة البحوث العلمية .
2- الالتزام بأسلوب APA في الكتابة .
2ـ ارتباط موضوع البحث بموضوع المؤتمر أو أحد محاوره.
3ـ يقدم البحث من ثلاث نسخ + نسخة CD مكتوبا بالعربية ويسمح بنشر البحوث
باللغة الإنجليزية فضلاً عن عرضها بذات اللغة .
4 ـ يُكتب البحث على الكمبيوتر بحجم(A4) في حدود(25) صفحة إلى جانب
تقديم ملخص للبحث باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
5 ـ تخضع البحوث للتحكيم العلمي من قبل اللجنة العلمية للمؤتمر على أن
يلتزم الباحث بإجراء التعديلات المقترحة . 6- آخر موعد لتلقي البحوث هو
أول مايو 2012 .
رسم الاشتراك في المؤتمر:
700 جنيه للاشتراك ببحث من داخل جمهورية مصر العربية .
700 دولار أو ما يعادلها للاشتراك ببحث من الدول العربية أو الأجنبية .
400 جنيه للباحث من داخل المركز القومي للبحوث التربوية حيث سيتحمل
المركز فرق التكاليف .
ـ يشمل رسم الاشتراك تحكيم البحوث والإقامة والإعاشة .
ملحوظة:
- سيتم نشر جميع بحوث المؤتمر في مجلد محكم خاص بالمؤتمر.

اود معرفة متي تم الاعتراف بها؟ اذا كان الجواب لا ما العائق الذي يحول
دون الاعتراف بها؟

[Deaf Arab] الملتقى التدريبي الأول للصم: ثقي بقدراتك - قطر مايو ٢٠١٢ م

للنشر والتعميم لجميع جمعيات ومراكز الصم  تحت الرعاية الكريمة لسمو الشيخة/ المياسة بنت حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني رئيس مجلس الأمناء هيئة المتاحف   يسر المركز القطري الثقافي الاجتماعي للصم واللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان بدولة قطر دعوتكم للمشاركة في الملتقى التدريبي الأول للصم - تحت عنوان: ثقي بقدراتك وللتقدم بالمشاركة فيه بما يتفق مع الشروط الخاصة بالتدريب والمشاركة في المعرض الفني المصاحب لهذا الملتقى والذي سيقام خلال الفترة ما بين ٦ - ١٠ مايو ٢٠١٢ م علماً بأننا بصدد اعداد صفحة إلكترونية خاصة بالملتقى فهي دعوة للمرأة الصماء للمشاركة والباحثين والمهتمين والراغبين في حضور الملتقى للتسجيل في هذه الندوة من خلال الموقع والذي سنوافيكم بالرابط لاحقاً علماً بأن آخر موعد للتسجيل ٢٠ مارس ٢٠١٢ م ويجب على المشاركين من الفتيات أن يتم عن طريق مؤسسات الصم التي سوف نخاطبها لاحقاً في ١٣ دولة عربية سنعلن عنها قريباً وعليه سيتم طلب بترشيح عدد ٢ من الفتيات الصم بالإضافة إلى المترجم/ المترجمة من كل دولة على أن يكون العدد الأقصى ٣ أشخاص. ملاحظات: المشاركة في الورش التدريبية للنساء الصم فقط ويسمح بحضور الرجال سيتم دعوة ٣ أشخاص من كل دولة: عدد ٢ من النساء الصم وعدد ١ مترجم أو مترجمة يمثلون جمعية أو مركز للصم سوف يتم تقسيم الصم إلى مجموعتين ، وكل يوم دورة واحدة مدتها ٦ ساعات يتخللها استراحة كل دولة يمثلها ٣ أشخاص فقط لأنها دورات تطبيقية وبها تدريب تأهيلي للصم وليست بنظام المحاضرات أي استفسار بخصوص الملتقى يرجى توجيهه للجهة المنظمة - المركز القطري الثقافي الاجتماعي للصم عناية الأستاذة هيا السناري - الخبير الرئيسي للملتقى ويرسل على إيميلها hh7hh2007@hotmail.com  والأستاذة فريدة محمد مرعي - نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة al_oyoon_1@hotmail.com مع تمنياتي للجميع بالتوفيق أختكم/ هند الشويعر --- On Sun, 2/19/12, hh7hh 2007 <hh7hh2007@hotmail.com> wrote: From: hh7hh 2007 <hh7hh2007@hotmail.com> Subject: FW: To: "Hend Al-Showaier" <hend220@yahoo.com> Date: Sunday, February 19, 2012, 11:51 AM تحياتي لك هيا السناري

ممثلي التاهيل العربي 

القائمين على مؤتمر التاهيل الدولي-الاقليم العربي....اتمنى لكم كل التوفيق في كل اعمالكم وفي مؤتمركم القادم ...وامل ان تتسع صدوركم لملاحظاتي -وان لم تطلبوها مني- فيما يتعلق بالمؤتمر 

 

آآمل ان تكون هناك -ورقة خلفية- باللغة العربية -كالتي موجودة واطلعنا عليها باللغة الانجليزية -وخاصة عندما تكون موجهه للعرب 

 

مع علمي انكم تقومون بفعاليات وانشطة عديدة وفعالة كهذا المؤتمر ويمكن ان يغطى من خلالها اي مواضيع او قضايا- ولكن كنت اتمنى ان يتضمن برنامج المؤتمر تقييم لبرامج وخدمات التاهيل 

 

المقدمة للاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة في الدول العربية -وقد لا يكون موضوع جديد  ولكنه هام وحيوي ويحتاج من المتابعة والتقييم -حيث ان هناك دول لم تتقدم فيها تلك الخدمات منذ سنين

 

ورغم ان عديد من تلك الدول صدقت على الاتفاقية الدولية وتعمل على تبنيها  الا انها ما زالت  لا تقدم خدمات التاهيل من منطلق حقوق الانسان ..ومن منطلق طبي فقط
